Strength and Conditioning for Jiu-jitsu
Strength and Conditioning for Jujitsu
testing, training and physio for every combat‑sports athlete
Numbers first, guesswork last
What’s involved in Raise’s S&C for Jiu-Jitsu Program?
Raise Jiu-jitsu combines evidence‑based performance testing, jiu‑jitsu‑specific strength and conditioning, and hands‑on sports‑physio care – all under one roof.
Our goal is simple: help every combat‑sports athlete in the region move better, get stronger and stay on the mats longer.
Our Integrated Approach
Raise Performance runs the testing and performance program; South Coast Health Hub delivers the sports-physio support. Two specialist teams, one seamless pathway. Data flows from the test session to the gym floor and, if needed, straight into rehab – so athletes never lose momentum.
Performance Testing
Our baseline session captures power, strength and mobility in under an hour. You leave knowing your physical strengths, weaknesses and have clear targets for your performance training.
- Force‑plate jump analysis

- A performance report
Strength & Conditioning Programming
Every program is specific to you, your performance needs, your Jiu Jitsu schedule and for those who compete, periodised to your competition calendar. All sessions are live inside the TrainHeroic app so you can track every rep, set and personal best.
- Sport‑specific lifts and carries
- Conditioning blocks to extend scramble endurance
- Weekly load tracking in the app
- Coach feedback inside 24 hours
Injury Management and Return to Play
Our physio team speaks your language – they’ve logged mat hours across every belt. Acute injuries get hands‑on treatment, then rehab is woven straight into your gym plan until you clear our sport‑specific tests.

- Rehab exercises added to S&C app
- Belt‑aware return‑to‑roll milestones
