Youth Athlete Program
Build Stronger, Faster, Resilient and Confident Athletes
What’s involved in Raise’s Youth Athlete Program?
Raise Performance’s Youth Athlete Performance Program is designed for athletes aged 12–18 years who want to improve their performance, reduce injury risk and build confidence in their sport.
Our focus is on long-term athletic development, teaching the athletes how to lift correctly first, and then progressively build their strength, speed, power, coordination and endurance.
The focus is on setting the athlete up for success, by teaching the technique and correct movement skills that will create the foundations for their strength and conditioning and sports journey.

What is Youth strength and conditioning?
Youth strength and conditioning is the planned development of an athlete’s physical qualities through structured exercise and movement training.
Rather than specialising too early or simply copying adult gym programs, young athletes benefit most from training that is appropriate for their age, biological maturity and sporting demands.
At Raise Performance, sessions are designed to improve:
Our goal is to build complete athletes who are physically prepared to perform at their best now while establishing the foundation for long-term success.
